As we all know it is quite easy to write great things on a website or in posts about customer’s experiences working with a specific company or person.
We have always used written testimonials from our clients but feel that hearing them talk about their experience working with us says much more about the impact we have in our clients’ lives.

In this post we share the conversation with Karl Knipfelberg, VP Product Management at KION, who worked with me as his coach. Of course, we are not disclosing the content of the work apart from what he is willing to talk about himself. However, we are very grateful that Karl invested the time to talk about his experience.
