Virtual or blended methods in coaching and training have proven to be extremely effective when combined and delivered in the right way. We offer a combination of online sessions with off-line self-guided reflections.

Con-TACT provided an exceptional coach who was able to help me to develop a deeper understanding of myself, in particular of one's deep-rooted (and often unconscious) needs and motivations. Through self-reflection exercises and going deep into one's own mind, heart and soul the process allowed me to reframe the context of any given situation and experiment with new approaches and strategies to achieve my objectives whilst still remaining true to myself. The bite-sized online modules on offer enable the user to develop and reflect according to their own pace and needs.
Where appropriate, these can be combined with interactive group web-workshops or individual virtual coaching sessions.

Con-TACT Campus separates content into three categories: Self-reflection-, Leadership-, and Teams-related topics, most at  different levels of intensity.
