Developed and facilitated team development program for multifunctional, geographically dispersed leadership team in a large FMCG corporation. Facilitated redesign of ways of working to transform conflicts into constructive challenges and increased coherence and effectiveness of the team. As a result the leadership team was able to take decisions much faster and implement their strategy more effectively.
