Designed and facilitated a process for vision and strategy development with the management team (MT) of a large department (ca. 900 FTE’s) of a university. In a workshop and several follow-up meetings the strategy was developed and choices were made for its implementation together with the MT and a group of professors. The subsequent implementation of the strategy provided a clearer direction for research activities and investments.
