Consulted head of application group in a large international corporation to build a new system and processes for “Pre Funnel” Idea management. This enabled the organization to nurture and select ideas with high potential. Specific but simple criteria for the selection process reduced the administration and unleashed creative energy in the organisation. As a result the organisation had much more and richer ideas to choose from for further exploration in the standard stage gate process
