What personal information will be collected and how will it be used and shared by Con-TACT?
We retain no personal data on our website other than
– the names and e-mail adresses provided by users leaving comments in our blog section,
– e-mail addresses of subscribers to our blog, and
– IP adresses (for 7 days only) for security purposes
If we have already been in touch by email or telephone then those contact details may be retained in the contacts databases of our respective email systems (i.e. Outlook, Mac Mail, etc) access to which requires a secure password.
Any data we request from you through different contact forms on our site will only be used for the purpose specified in that request. We will not share those details with any 3rd party unless specifically permitted by you and for the sole purpose of providing the best possible service to you.

Use of Cookies – Practices and Procedures
Con-TACT use cookies for a variety of purposes such as remembering your preferences, measuring your activity on Con-TACT’s website, and mobile site or optimising your user experience. All traffic (transferral of files) between the site and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS.

How we use Social Media Widgets?
The Con-TACT site can include certain social media features, such as the Linked-In button. These features may collect your IP address, and collect which page you are visiting on our sites, and they may set a cookie to enable such feature to function properly. Social media features are hosted by a third party. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
How we use Blog Information?
Should you choose to add a comment to any posts that we have published in our blog, the name and email address you enter with your comment will be saved to the site’s database, along with your computer’s IP address and the time and date that you submitted the comment. This information is only used to identify you as a contributor to the comment section of the respective blog post and is not passed on to any third party. Only your name will be shown on a page that is public-facing. Your posted comment(s) and its associated personal data will remain on this site until we see fit to either 1) remove the comment, or 2) remove the blog post. Should you wish to have the comment and its associated personal data deleted, please email us with your contact information using the email address that you commented with.
NOTE: You should avoid entering personally identifiable information to the actual comment field of any blog post comments that you submit on this site.
How we use Contact Forms and Email Links?
Should you choose to contact us using a contact form on our site or an email link, the data you supply might be stored in our customer relationship management database -separate from this site- for internal use only. Collated and transferred data is encrypted before being sent across the internet. We do not sell personal information at all and we do not share any personal information without your explicit permission.
How we use Web Beacons?
Some of our web pages may contain electronic images known as web beacons (sometimes known as clear gifs) that allow us to count users who have visited these pages. Web beacons collect only limited information which includes a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides.
What steps are taken to protect data?
Information security is assured by use of reputable providers of internet service and email systems.
All devices used to link to our email system will be protected by secure passwords.
Annually we review this policy and the contacts that we have in our Con-TACT email systems. Redundant contacts will be removed within a month of that review. Consideration of information risks and a Data Protection Impact Assessment will be included in that review. The review will be minuted.
One of the Partners is nominated as the Data Protection Officer, as required by GDPR 2018.
All Associates are given a copy of this policy and will be asked to comply with it.
What data do we have about you and how can it be removed from our system(s)?
For information on what data that we have, how we maintain its security and right of access to it, as well as option to correct or remove any data that is thought to be inaccurate you can contact us by e-mail for submitting a request.
In response to such an email request the recipient will inform all partners of the request and then comply with the request, instructing partners and other users of Con-TACT email accounts as necessary.
Anything that a partner or email user considers may constitute a “data breach” will be brought to the attention of all partners by email. The partners will then decide on and take appropriate action.
